"It’s splendidly ripe and elegantly aromatic on the nose showing sweet strawberry, apricot, fig and lemon zest aromas, leading to a finely flowing palate that’s juicy and flavoursome. Delightfully styled with succulent fruit flavours, finishing long and refreshing. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2023

"Bright pink, with an attractive, freshly scented bouquet, the vigorous 2023 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard wine grown at Pisa, in the Cromwell Basin.  Hand-harvested, it was mostly tank-fermented, but 15 per cent was handled in old oak casks. Mouthfilling, it is very youthful, with strong, vibrant watermelon, strawberry and spice flavours, appetising acidity and a basically dry (4.3 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish" Michael Cooper, Sep 2023

Food Pairing: This dry-style Rosé has amazing fruit purity that is perfectly balanced by zesty acidity making it a wonderful wine on its own and fantastic for summer BBQs and outdoor dining. With each new vintage, we set out to make a complex Rosé that is balanced and engaging – truly a kaleidoscope for the senses. Dry styleVegan wine.

"The impressive 2023 vintage (5*) was grown at Bendigo (60 per cent) and Bannockburn (40 per cent), and fermented in old oak barrels. Bright, light lemon/green, it has an attractively scented bouquet. Mouthfilling, it is vibrant, with concentrated, ripe, stonefruit flavours, showing real complexity, a slightly oily texture, and a very harmonious, lingering, dry (3.8 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Well worth cellaring to 2025+" Michael Cooper

"Pristine and elegantly expressed, the wine shows apricot, fig, Nashi pear and subtle spice aromas. The palate is equally satisfying with excellent weight and persistency, wonderfully complemented by fine texture and juicy acidity. Charming and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2023

This Pinot Gris is a dry style wine with intense pear, elderflower, green apple, and lime aromas on the nose with a hint of spice and ginger. It is richly textured and fragrant with bright citrus, crunchy pear, and apple flavours. Made with food pairing in mind, this Pinot Gris is deceptively complex and a good candidate for cellaring for up to 8+ years. Dry style.

"Already delicious, the 2022 vintage (5*) is a regional blend of Pisa, Bendigo, Gibbston and Bannockburn grapes, hand-picked and matured for a year in French oak barrels (20 per cent new). Bright, deep ruby, it is mouthfilling, savoury and supple, with fresh, rich cherry, plum and spice flavours, showing excellent depth and harmony, and a perfumed bouquet. A very refined red, it should be at its best 2025+" Michael Cooper

"Stylish and enticing, the wine shows perfumed aromas of dark cherry, plum, thyme and hazelnut with a floral overtone. It’s beautifully weighted on the palate with refined texture and plush mouthfeel, finishing persistent and polished. The wine combined stunning fruit purity with seductive complexity, making it engaging and highly appealing. At its best: now to 2032" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
