Aromas of tropical fruits leap from the glass and are laced with a delicate white flower element that encourages a sip to be taken and then another. A classical lingering style delivers beautiful line and length: a true Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc!
Harvested in the cool of the morning and taken direct to the winery to enhance varietal characteristics. Fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the elegant & refined Sauvignon Blanc aromas.
Food Pairing: Wide range of fresh cuisine from salads to the delicacy of fresh seafood like salmon, scallops, pan fried fish, oysters and green lipped mussels. The zippy acidity is also a great match with goats’ cheese.
