This delicious Hawke’s Bay Rosé displays vibrant flavours of Rose-hip and fresh watermelon.
The fruit for this zero percent alcohol Rosé was carefully selected from early ripening sites to express the ripe flavours at lower sugar levels. Traditional and gentle winemaking techniques were used to ensure the wine retains its bright aromatics and fresh fruit flavours. Modern alcohol removal technology was used to eliminate the alcohol from this Rosé, without compromising the quality.
