Description

  • Off-dry style
  • Green apple
  • Stone fruit
  • Juicy & refreshing

"Bright and clear with a persistent bead, armas of fresh green and yellow apple, pear and white fleshed stone fruits. There’s also a bright white floral note with a fine lees quality. Just dry on the palate with a volumous mushrooming soft mousse quality, plenty of acidity and crispness with flavours that mirror the bouquet. With just 10.5 % abv the wine has a decent weight and creaminess as well. Best dirnking from day of purhcase through 2025" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Dec 2022

"Splendidly light and vibrant with lemon zest, green apple and apricot characters, it's lively and refreshing in the mouth displaying youthful charm and juicy fruit flavours. Energetic and joyful, making it highly enjoyable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2022

A tightly structured, full flavoured wine with a pleasing bead and vibrant citrus flavours complemented by a well-balanced, long lasting finish. Hints of lifted citrus notes followed by subtle herbaceous aromas on the nose.

The Varietal Series is designed to add a touch of style to any occasion. Approachable fruit-driven flavours with a structured palate and balanced acidity crafted for everyday drinking.

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immadiately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperatures after inoculating with selected yeasts strains. This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters. Post fermentation the wine was blended and bottled to maintain ultimate freshness.
