Brilliant straw yellow with a slight coppery nuance. An intriguing scent that evolves into notes of ripe fruit, golden delicious apple and citron peel and into floral notes of acacia flowers and medicinal herbs. The palate is fresh and succulent. The savoury notes ensure persistency on the finish.
The freshly harvested grapes are transferred to the cellar for a soft pressing delicate. The fermentation is triggered with selected yeasts and develops to a controlled temperature of 18° - 20° C for maintain the fruitiness and the best organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. It excels with delicate hors d'oeuvres, filled pasta and with all dishes based on fish and vegetables.
