Made from 100% Merlot our new release Gwen Rosé 2021 is a crisp, dry style perfect for summer enjoyment. A refreshing Rosé with prominent red berryfruit flavours, light florals and soft herbs. Time on yeast lees post-fermentation has rounded out the palate beautifully. This wine is ready to drink now.
Church Road Gwen Rosé has been crafted and produced as a tribute to Florence Gwendolen (Gwen) Brown, the wife of our pioneering winemaker, Tom McDonald. It celebrates the love between Tom and Gwen, and the amazing woman who worked alongside Tom to make Church Road what it is today.
