Bright ruby red in colour. Fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of red fruits like cherries and strawberries. Soft and rich, with a sweet and persistent aftertaste.
100% Pinot Noir grown in Maipo Valley in alluvial and colluvial soil.
Grapes were 60% handpicked during March and April and wine was aged for at least 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing: An ideal companion for party snacks, crudités, white meats and grilled fish.
