- Biscotti & almond
- Honeydew melon
- Mouthwatering
"Bright and pristine, the wine shows nectarine, green pear, white floral and lemon peel aromas, leading to an elegantly weighted palate offering excellent fruit intensity backed by fine texture and juicy acidity. Charming and fabulously appealing. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2022
"Fragrant and fruity with yellow flowers and fresh brown pear and apple scents, white spice and a fine lees quality with a hint of fresh lager beer. Youthful and new. Satin textures touch the palate first followed by a crisp and refreshing acid line, a touch of salinity and fine phenolic texture adds to the mouthfeel with flavours from the bouquet layering in a fruit core and plushness. Fresh and lively, youthful and ready. Best drinking from 2022 through end of summer 2024" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jun 2022
"Clear, even, pale straw-yellow. This has an intense, full entry, packed with aromas of ripe pear; yellow apple entwined with white blossoms. Medium-full bodied on the palate, dry to taste, a lively acid line leads fresh pear and apple, blossoms and a hint of phenolic on the finish. The fruit is concentrated and intense, contributing to its weight and broadness. This crisp Pinot Gris possesses a concentration of apple and pear fruit with intense florals and a lightly textural finish. Match with fish tacos and pork dumplings over the next 2-3 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Jul 2022
A refreshingly dry pinot gris, filled with expressive aromas of Lily of the valley, biscotti, pear, and almond. The palate is well-balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Flavours of pine nut and pretty florals of Mexican orange blossom come through with Honeydew melon and cucumber on the finish.
With a long drawn-out summer, without excessive heat waves, our grapes were allowed to gain physiological ripeness at lower than normal sugar levels. Our harvest decisions were made purely on flavour rather brix levels. The wines are light on their feet with expressive aromatics, great energy, and fresh lively acidity with a tight structure on the palate. The wine went through a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tank.
