Very fruit-forward bouquet with notes of red fruits and fresh spices. The palate is rich, fresh and balanced with juicy red fruit and notes of black olives. The tannins are velvety.
Syrah grapes grown on limestone terraces and gravel in the Languedoc region of France.
The grapes are destemmed before undergoing fermentation which takes place at a temperature of 28° C for 12 days with daily pumping over for maximum color and flavor extraction. The wine is racked twice at the end of the fermentation.
