"Deep, ruby-purple colour, lighter on the rim. The bouquet is full and harmonious; aromas of red fruit interweave subtle floral, minty herbs enriched by spice. Full-bodied, aromas of raspberries, red plums intermix cashews, unfolding black pepper and dark herbs. The palate has vibrancy and a lightness contributes by lively acidity; fine-grained ripe tannin adds weight and texture. This Shiraz has the classic elements complemented by a vibrant acid line. The bouquet is full and harmonious with aromas of black cheery and plum, mocha and licorice. Full-bodied with unfolding notes of dark chocolate and hints of spice. The palate has vibrancy and lightness with red fruit flavours backed by a lively acidity. Fine-grained ripe tannins add weight and texture. A classic Barossa Shiraz.
