Clear and bright in colour. Soft, rounded mouthfeel. Elaborate characteristics of molasses and hazelnut, together with a hint of oak and vanilla.
100% Molasses fermented for around 72 hours. Single Blended rum with ~60% Column distilled and ~78% Pot Distilled. Matured for 3years in Kauri and Brand Vats.
