Clear, ripe and flavour-filled with a mouth-filling texture. This is a classic Fiano wine with citrus and floral scents that flow similarly to the palate along with mineral and chalk in a desely rich yet fresh white wine. Fiano is perfectly suited to the Australian climate.

2020 had its challenges with a dry start and only a small portion of rain and with much of the country suffering drought conditions. The warm dry spell continued in December with some extreme hot temperature days recorded. Thankfully due to one of the coolest January's on record the vines they were able to re-address the balance. It was a late ripening year and yields were down but despite the challenges it will be another excellent vintage across South Australia.

Picked in the cool of the morning to maintain freshness and vitality. Fermented solely in stainlesssteel with a short time on lees contact for additional subtle nuance and texture whilst maintaining the ultra-important flavour and freshness. Vinified without excessive handling to enable the fruit to be as expressive as possible.

Sourced from established vineyards in the cooler southern coastal region that is perfectly situated to experience consistent temperatures from closer proximity to the ocean and avoiding the heat of neighbouring inland South Australian Regions.
