Rambling Rose is the sophisticated culmination of insightful and consumer led wine-making crafted in the heart of South Australia. The result is a bright, fresh and pale wine style that over-delivers on flavor and interest.
Picked early with sufficient ripeness to deliver berry fruit character with a fine natural acidity. Delivered to the winery for a moderate press to extract some colour combined with the best of the free run juice. Fermented and matured in stainless steel prior to bottling and a quick release.
Sourced from low-yielding Grenache and Shiraz vineyards across South Australia. From the premium heartland of the Barossa Vallet across to the earlier picked, dry grown and full of life vineyards of the Riverland.
