Clear green tinged in the glass. A subtle nose of limes and grapefruit, the palate is well balanced blend of apples and tropical fruit resulting in a crisp easy drinking wine with great structure. Drink young and fresh through to 2021.
From a selection of the growers grapes in the Nelson Region, hand made and blended at the winemakers Upper Moutere Winery. Sourced from predominantly stony alluvial soils on ancient river beds.
A stunning grape growing season for the 2019 Harvest. A dry Spring, followed by a hot and dry Summer with a little bit of rain just before harvest began, resulting in intense flavours and ripeness in the grapes and wines.
Food Pairing: Serve chilled with fresh oysters, new season’s asparagus or Summer salads.
