Description
This indulgent Cabernat Sauvignon displays a deep red colour in the glass with hints of violet. Beautiful aromas of licorice, cassis and warm raspberry jam perfume the bouquet. Elegant touch of roasted pepper and chocolate on the palate. This wine is full-bodied, complex with a very long aftertaste.
From the vineyards in Finca La Mascota, Cruz de Piedra, Maipú and Mendoza, which boast predominantly deep and stony soils. The grapes for this wine were hand harvested in plastic bins, in bunches, and then destemmed and crushed. With Fermantation and maceration taking place in steel tanks during a minimum of 25 days at 23-25 C. The wine was aged for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels, before being filtration and bottling.
