With next to no skin contact, only the free run juice was used for this Rosé wine, obtaining a perfect pale pink hue in colour. The bouquet presents light and fresh aromas of strawberry, watermelon and plum, with delicate floral notes. The palate is righ and rounded, with flavours of plum and dry mouthfeel.
Clarified before fermentation and kept at cool temperatures, winemakers retained the vibrant fruit characters that are primary in the fruit. The result is an elegant wine, fresh to the nose and fine on the palate.
Food Pairing: Try with a Spanish paella, charcuterie or crab.
