Golden colour in the glass. The bouquet is filled with aromas of lime, Manuka honey, tropical fruits, nutmeg and wafts of cinnamon. A hint of smoke lends a clue this is Sauvignon Blanc. A sweet dessert style, the palate is decadent and sweet without cloying heaviness. Hard to resist.

Hand-picked after noble rot infection, the raisined grapes were slowly pressed to French oak barrels and a small tank for fermentation over 9 months.

Food Pairing: Match with a citrus tart, New York cheesecake or blue cheese and pear.
