Beautiful lifted aromas of capsicum, fennel bulb and blackcurrant leaf combine with an elegant minerality. An exciting palate with layers of juicy passionfruit, gooseberry and blackcurrant flavours.
The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough and it was fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characteristics.
A perfect match with seafood, chicken salad or fresh pasta. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.
