A full bodied, fruit driven Chardonnay. This fresh and focused wine delivers flavours of ripe stonefruit, spice and caramel with a long steely finish.
Grapes for this wine were selected from vineyards across the Marlborough Valley. A portion of the wine was fermented in oak and underwent malolactic fermentation. This has helped produce a lucious, round palate and an expansive finish.
Food Pairing: This Chardonnay is perfect for drinking now and will continue to develop over the next few years. Delicious with creamy pasta such as Fettucine alfredo.
