Intense ripe fruit with a hint of floral. Complex layers of blackberry and liquorice with fruit sweetness and spice. Full bodied with well balanced oak giving a toasty, vanillin finish.
Estate grown at Reillys, St Clare Vineyard, Watervale Rich red loam over deep limestone. Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact. 100% French oak Hogsheads - 18 months.
