The wine displays a bright cherry red /burgundy colour with lifted red fruit aromas. On the palate the wine is cool, round and fruity and with a nice hint of chalky tannin that keeps the wine dry and refreshing.

1 x Coriole Redstone McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021 (Australia)

This is a classic McLaren Vale shiraz. A bright nose of mulberry, mocha and blackberry bramble follows through to a soft and vibrant palate offering up plum, dark cherry and soft oak, with a violet lift. The Redstone is a fruit driven shiraz made to enjoy in its youth, though will cellar well. Tannins are soft and approachable with great fruit length.

Food Pairing: Greek cuisine pairs beautifully with this wine... try a slow roasted lamb shoulder generously studded with rosemary, garlic and lemon. Serve it with torn pita, chargrilled vegetables and lashings of garlic sauce.

Pretty purple colour with shiny reflections. The nose reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruit and spices. Full of delicacy, the palate is full of freshness and well balanced, with aromas of cherries and very soft tannins, giving this wine great drinkability.
