Pinot Blanc is a beautiful dry white wine with delicate stone fruit influences. This wine has perfumed notes of fresh peach, delicate florals and subtle pepper. On the palate, there are notes of crisp apple, lemon zest and fresh nectarine. This lovely acid driven wine has an abundance of fruit character and heaps of texture, it also has wonderful ageing potential.
The grapes are grown in a small vineyard in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley.
The grapes were harvested by machine and fermented in stainless steel, with time on lees to add texture and complexity to the wine.
Food Pairing: Pinot Blanc is a superb option to pair with all sorts of foods, but particularly well matched with fresh fish dishes or chicken Cesar salad.

White peach and lemon with a chalky minerality. Really nice, classy, dry wine. Drinking well now, on it's own or with seafood.
