"Perfumed and beautifully lifted, the bouquet shows dark berry, green olive, floral and thyme aromas, followed by a silky-smooth mouthfeel that's juicy and lingering. Varietally expressive and immediately appealing. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2022

This wine display a vivid colour, fresh dark or very mature fruit tones. On the nose there are fruit aromas of red fruits, plums and peaches. The palate offers the same fruity sensations coupled with a  characteristic acidity, conferring freshness. The aftertaste is long and tasty.

This wine was produced in selected vineyards in several locations along the Ebro river valley. The soil is clay and limestone.

The wine is fermented for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. It is a young wine, with no barrel aging and remains 2-3  months in the bottle before its launching.

Food Pairing: Cold meats: ham, ‘chorizo’, etc. Grilled and roasted red meat. Grilled red peppers. Medium-cured cheeses. Pizza, bread with tomato and olive oil. It is great as an appetizer and by the glass.
