Complex, elegant nose of plum, cassis and violets, with subtle notes of vanilla, bacon and chocolate. This wine is fresh with great acidity and a long finish. Friendly on the palate, full-bodied with soft, ripe tannins. Can be consumed immediately or aged for between 5 to 8 years.
The finest Syrah grapes were sourced from Wina San Pedro's most prized vineyards in the Maule Valley, more specifically in the Pencahue area. The vines are located in a hilly zone with smooth slopes and silty-clay to moderately deep clay soils. The vines are trained with vertical trellis systems with controlled drip irrigation. Best served between 16 and 18C allowing you to unwind and enjoy.
