A ruby red colour in the glass with ripe red fruit aromas of blackcurrant and a hint of spice. This wine has an elegant structure with smooth tannins and harmonious finish. The unique Les Dauphins style is all about pleasure and versatility, and the wines express fruit-forward aromas, freshness, concentration and great finesse.

A delicious blend of 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mouvèdre soured from the Southern Rhône Valley, South of Drôme and North of Vaucluse. The grapes for this wine are grown from vines in chalky-clay soil on the alluvial plain and stony on the hillside.

The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by both machine and handpicking. After a total de-stalking, traditional vinification during 15 days with regular pumping-over occurs. Maturation in concrete tank. No fining. Tangential filtration.

Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to salads, plate of assorted cooked meats, roast dishes and cheese. Best enjoyed within 12 months.
