Tangy rhubarb is immediately present on the nose with a slight juniper note appearing over time. Fresh and bright with vibrant rhubarb and a little orange. It sits thick and viscous on the palate. The finish is deep and warming with juniper and a sweet spice note of black pepper and cinnamon which evolves into a long, sweet finish.
