"Combining elegance and complexity, this gorgeous méthode traditionnelle shows ripe stone fruit, lemon peel, apple and floral characters with yeasty complexity on the nose. The palate is concentrated and flavoursome, while remaining refined and structured with excellent mid palate weight and rich texture, leading to a persistent expansive finish. Wonderfully expressed and highly enjoyable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2019
