Very elegant red wine, with intense fruity aromas of mature plums and cherry jam. Slightly aromatic with a finish of vanilla and cocoa. Great structure, smooth and full of ripe tannins.
This wine is roduced in the Province of Taranto.
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique at least for 3 - 6 months.
Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
