This well-balanced wine blends chocolate, tannin and cigar box characters of Cabernet Sauvignon with rich berry fruit flavours of Merlot. Experience aromas of berry fruits, cassis, hints of chocolate and cigar-box characters. A balanced and full-bodied wine exhibiting rich berry fruit, cassis, chocolate and cigar-box characters. The flavours linger, complementing the fine tannins and adding to the complexity of the overall smoothness of the wine. This wine can be enjoyed now but will cellar for the next 3-5 years.

A long, lingering blend, both varieties were sourced from South Australia’s Limestone Coast, famous for full-bodied reds, with the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked at their optimum ripeness. After ten months of maturation in  French and American barriques, the complexities of both varieties are perfectly highlighted.
