Golden amber. Smooth and sweet, ripe honeydew melon slices, bursts of fruity pear and lemon sherbet. Delicate scented floral flavours with a hint of fresh pear. Sweet and fruity pineapple notes with a citrus tang. 

Skiren - Old Norse for glittering bright skies - is reminiscent of the summer Orcadian skies, with delicate scented floral flavours and a long refreshing sweet finish. Exclusive aged in First Fill American Oak casks creating a smooth & sweet taste, unexpected for an Island Single Malt.

Scapa is an artisanal single malt forged by the elements of Orkney; a remote island of natural contrasts. Crafted by a small team of 6 dedicated artisans at the manually operated Scapa distillery since its creation in 1885. We call Skiren the honeyed tropical one because of its smooth, creamy sweetness with a hint of tropical fruit, citrus and coastal heather. It is exclusivley matured in first-fill American Oak Casks, selected by Scapa artisans.
