"There’s no mistaking the bouquet from this wine - filled with scents of black cherry and raspberry, some quiet savoury thyme notes and soft fragrances of vanilla and clove. Youthful, varietal, fresh and new. Flavours on the palate mirror the bouquet with black cherry and raspberry flesh flavours, some fresh english tea and freshly tilled soil notes. This Central Otago Pinot Noir is lavishly layered with sweet, ripe, red berries, underpinned with savoury characters and a touch of spice. Supple tannins flow softly across the palate. These are balanced by the wines acidity, leading to a long fruit driven finish.
