Aroma: It's beautifully ripe and lush, displaying peach, pear and floral characters on the nose.

Palate: The palate is succulent and concentrated with rich texture and a touch of sweetness (6.6 g/l) which is perfectly balanced by the acidity. An immensely appealing Pinot Gris with lovely style and balance.

This is a Pinot Gris made in the Alsace style with grapes that were picked late to give good flavours and aroma concentration. It was fermented cool to retain varietal aromas and left sur lee for 7 months to gain extra palate texture. It is typically quite rich with balanced acidity and a little residual sugar.
