This exquisite rum features deep and complex flavours from a unique blend of molasses and Canterbury-grown barley. These ingredients are fermented with a house blended mix of yeast strains to yield a viscous and characterful wash enriched with peppery horopito, cinnamon, coconut and dark malts. Best served with a slice of orange, across cold-press coffee.
