Each batch comes from a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place.
Since the agaves take about 8 years to grow, that field will not yield another vintage for at least 8 years, making each vintage uniquely collectable. Ocho is made carefully in small quantities the artisanal way of times past.
Unaged and honors the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena “Ranchos” through intense, lively and clean flavors Made with 100% Blue Agave.
