The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a classically varietal wine with bright characteristics. Intense aromas of nettle, blackcurrant, and a delicious herbal thread. On the palate is refreshing layers of passionfruit, green apple, and gooseberry. A saltiness and minerality provides a crisp and persistent finish.

A classically varietal, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Awatere valley, renowned for its picturesque rolling hills and influence of mineral characteristics from the Southern Ocean.

The grapes were machine harvested and transported to the winery where they were immediately pressed off their skins. A cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks helps to retain refreshing and fruit forward flavours.
