The aromas pop with tropical fruits, creamy vanilla panna cotta, and a shout of dulce de leche with toasted marshmallow—loud, proud, and impossible to ignore. Take a sip and let the flavour unfold in layers: baked cheesecake richness, toasted brioche swagger, and sweet spice that keeps things interesting. We don’t believe in subtle. To lock in those fresh, vibrant flavours, we whole-cluster press the grapes, then cold-ferment the juice in stainless steel—keeping things crisp and energetic, just like a California morning. Malolactic fermentation is where the magic happens, turning things ultra-creamy and giving Big Mouth its signature buttery swagger. Juicy, fully ripened grapes dial up the fruit and keep the richness in check. And a spin in French oak brings in sweet spice and a finish that refuses to fade.
