Aromas of watermelon, nectarine, wild strawberry and white floral lead to a refreshing palate that is elegant and delightfully textural. A flavourful style and lingering finish that is deliciously moreish.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes were gently crushed to minimise colour and tannin. The juice was fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks, with selected rosé yeast strains that allow the wine to retain freshness and vitality.

Food Pairing: Wide range of cuisine from shellfish to veggie skewers on the barbecue. Our recommendation though is Kingfish Carpaccio, thinly sliced with freshly squeezed lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
