Lifted aromas of gooseberry with notes of attractive flintstone. The palate is fresh, clean and bright with a mineral finish. Generous ripe passionfruit, blackcurrant bud, and hints of lychee, leaving a refreshing and long aftertaste.
Sourced from Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, the grapes for this wine were picked in peak condition, before cool fermentation to retain freshness and elegance. The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc is made to showcase our Talon vineyard.
Pressed immediately following harvest to minimise skin contact and retain freshness, then coolfermented to maintain rich aromatics.
