In its primary aromas, the menthol of fresh herbs can be perceived such as mint and eucalyptus. The aroms of the maguey penca can also be appreciated alongside citric notes of lemon and grapefruit. In the ending, it also has a similar note of river rocks. In its secondary aromas, we found the presence of cereales and yeasts.

Structured Mezcal with good harmony that leaves an aromatic palate, with a nice and prolonged sensation. Its aromatic intensity is high and of an herbal character. With a vivid acidity, present astringency, slight bitterness and dry, it's balanced with its alcoholic warmth that give it a dense body and interesting complexity. In mouth, the aromas perceived before can be confirmed, such as herbs like mint. In the aftertaste, the freshness of eucalyptus, rosemary and pink grapefruit remain. The permanence in mouth and glass is very long. We consider this Mezcal to achieve the agave's aromatic tipicity, and it is of good acceptance for those who have good knowledge in Mezcal or to complete the menu of bars and restaurants.

This is a structural Mezcal that releases its aromas with ease; its aromatic complexity is released by making circular movements with the glass. We recommend serving it in medium-sized rim glasses at room temperature.
