On the nose there are notes of lemon, red apple, pear, white peach and flint. On the palate, enjoy the rich concentrated flavours, with bright zest balancing the fruit sweetness. Ripe lemon and white peach flavours, with grapefruit on the finish. Organic.

Pink grapefruit, red apple, white peach, natural fruit, and wood spices. A near full-bodied impact with plentiful texture and weight, alongside a vibrant and youthful acid line and fine tannins.  Layers of lees and a saline quality contribute to the wine's complexity and length. Sustainable.
