This beautiful salmon-coloured Rosé shows hints of watermelon rind on the nose. The palate is bright and crisp with red fruit and berry notes including strawberry, cherry and finishes again with watermelon.

This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. It was made using a combination of direct pressing and the saignée method and vinified in steel tanks. The juice is then allowed to ferment alone at a low temperature (18-20°C/65-68°F) to preserve the maximum aroma.

Food Pairing: A refreshing Rosé for any occasion including outdoor dining, whether it be picnics or a backyard barbecues.
