"Deep ruby-red with a deep purple hue, lighter edged. The nose is softly full with some depth, nuances of cassis, blackberries and purple plums interweave menthol and cedar. Full-bodied, a core of plums, cassis, blackberries with good ripeness melded with barrels spices, subtle menthol and cedar nuances. The palate is filled with fine-grained tannin, provides a firm yet velvety grip; acidity is integrated with good freshness. This is a tasty Bordeaux blend with ripe fruit, balanced acidity and a velvety-firm tannin grip. Match with braised beef short ribs and meat stew over the next 6+ years.
