Description

It displays a red cherry colour, of a medium-high intensity. Clean and bright. On the nose, complex aromas of berries dominate, mixed with spicy notes which come from the oak ageing, vanilla and coconut. Well-balanced. Good structure on the palate, with soft and elegant tannins and a very wide and persistent aftertaste.

Exclusively from Bogeda's own vineyards in DOCa Rioja. A classic Rioja, Conde Valdemar Crianza judiciously combines fruit and oak. This Spanish red wine is made from a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo coming from estate-owned vines harvested in October. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under a strict temperature control. After that, the resulting wine was aged for 13 months in American oak barrels.
