Champagne & Sparkling

The fruity, slightly sweet Asti from Italy makes a lovely daytime wine; the drier but still friendly Prosecco and Cava are elegantly fruited and refreshing, making them great lunch and party wines. The more serious Méthode Traditionnelle wines offer yeasty complexity and refined texture, and make excellent alternative to the ultimate sparkling wine, Champagne, which exhibits strong yeasty, brioche notes.
