This Chardonnay has golden tones with highlights of brilliant green. The aroma has a mineral aspect that stands out more obviously than the fruit, with herbal and citrusy aromas. The flavour is fresh on entry, broadening out alluringly in the mouth. It is very well balanced with its natural acidity and the finish in the mouth is of medium intensity.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked in different zones of upper, lower, and central Gualtallary, and every bottle reflects the diversity of this terroir. These are honest, austere, and vertical wines with a minerality typical of calcareous soils. They are fermented with native yeasts and vinified in concrete to achieve honest wines with nervy acidity.
