Right pale straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Notes of pear, green apple and citrus, with light floral hints. Soft and juicy, with a sweet final. Best served cool, around 6°-8° C.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif on its own, or mixed in place of Prosecco, to create a mocktail version of the Spritz. It can also be served throughout a meal, including dessert.
