The essence of summer peeps. It is plump and juicy, zesty with tangy favours of Meyer lemon, crisp apple, and white stones. A delicious Pinot Grigio, a little more rich and full than the same wines produced in the North Italy. Don’t forget its organic also.
Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ziobaffa wines were created during the filming of BELLA VITA by Chris Del Moro, Jason Baffa and Piergiorgio Castellani.
Food Pairing: Fish and shellfish, and perfect with Robiola Bosina cheese.
