Description

Dry, Herbal, Lemon

"It’s fabulously aromatic and inviting on the nose with grapefruit, crunchy apple, lime peel and green tea characters, followed by a wonderfully flavoursome palate offering terrific fruit power and persistency. Mouth-watering and super tasty" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"A distinctive and very attractive bouquet with fresh citrus – grapefruit and lime, angelica leaf, white peach and tropical fruits, and a definitive sea air scent. A bouquet that speaks of site. Delicious on the palate with flavours of citrus and pineapple, sweet grapefruit and red apple. The natural herbaceous quality of SB is a light touch with this example. Balanced, well made, refreshing, saline and ready" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

"Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is fresh and softly full, with aromas of gooseberry, green apple, nettle and elderflower. Light-bodied, aromas of gooseberry and green apple entwined with nettle, elderflower and a touch of white pepper. Fine-textured, almost chalky phenolics lightly coated the palate, unfolding minerals and saline. Crisp acidity flows effortlessly to a refreshing closing" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews

Pale green with lime leaf in the glass. Pure notes of snow pea, citrus peel and blossom on the nose. On the palate, lemongrass, salted lemon with fennel seed, white currant and lime flavours.

Established in 1985, the Glover Family Vineyards have inspired the family’s passion for wine. This family-owned Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc expresses the ethereal, aromatic and structural flair of the Dillons Point Sub-Region in Marlborough, New Zealand.

10 years after launching the wine brand Zephyr, Ben and his wife Susie have transitioned 17Ha of the family vineyard to organic farming practices. The 2020 vintage will carry the bio-bro certified organic logo - continuing Zephyr’s journey to express the true flavours of the family farm, while having an emphasis on wine growing through soil health, biodiversity, regenerative farming, and ultimately mindful consumption.

Food Pairing: Roc cod, scallops, prosciutto and soft goats cheese.
