The Yellow Tail Pinot Noir has a very pretty nose, with prominent notes of wild strawberries and raspberries. The palate is enticing and delicate with fresh flavours of dark berry fruits and fresh cherries, with a hint of spice that lingers and leaves you wanting more.
Made with grapes sourced from the highest quality vineyards. Once the grapes are crushed and stems removed, they are fermented on skins in contact with oak. Temperature controlled fermentation ensures maximum varietal flavour, colour and tannin extraction.
