Grapefruit, Peach, Spice

Pale lemon-lime in colour. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits mingle with blossom notes. The palate is long and creamy, with flavours of grapefruit and barbequed green mango, spicy lemon myrtle and a savoury edge with flinty notes from the wild fermentation. Refreshing, lip-smacking acidity gives lovely length with a savoury, textural finish.

Dry and warm conditions started the growing season. This enabled the vines to grow good, strong canopies which helped provide shade and protect the grapes from the warm to hot conditions of summer. Cool nights allowed the grapes to ripen evenly throughout the growing season with good flavours developing early.
